The ADPS are still investigating the rumors that have been circulating concerning possible misuse of the taxpayers’ money. For some time now news stations all over have been trying to get information about this rumor, in order to report to the public about its credibility, but they have been told that the investigation will remain sealed until further notice.
There had been allegations that some state fuel cards were being used for unauthorized projects which are not set up to benefit the general public. News stations have become concerned and want a straight answer.
No information is being released on these matters however and officials are only saying that the investigation is still ongoing. Larger companies have been especially concerned about these rumors, because they make a lot of use of fuel cards and vehicle tracking to keep tabs on their fleets.
Officials have commented that the ADPS are not able to comment about ongoing investigations as to do so would not be fair to the involved parties. They have asked for the media to be understanding of their policies and they have asked for the media to wait patiently for the outcome of the investigation.
